Nieuwe Zorgen’s waterways adventure – Aug – Sep 2010

On Saturday Aug 21st the Rehab Waterways Adventure was officially launched in Sallins. Eric Kemp and his crew on Nieuwe Zorgen will travel from Kildare to Carrick-on-Shannon in Leitrim, stopping at various places along the way. The trip, supported by Bord na Mona, is to raise awareness and funds for Rehab. See Kildare Post and some of the boat’s history at HBA Nieuwe Zorgen.

The Rehab Group is an independent, not-for-profit organisation which provides training, employment, health and social care and commercial services for some 56,000 people each year in Ireland, the UK, the Netherlands and Poland.
